Test drove a M550 with Kim and she was incredible! Knowledgeable about the car and when she didn't know she either said so or would find the answer and let you know. Very honest and not a pushy Client Advisor. I'm from out of town now but when I get serious to buy a car, I will definitely reach out to Kim. I highly recommend her! I've previously bought a car from here and and a fan of this dealership although the folks I've historically worked with are no longer here.

I'm rewriting my earlier review to state that I am very pleased with the service I received at Performance BMW. I had a small complaint about my first visit, but upon reading about it I was immediately contacted by the service manager, Scott, who went well out of his way to assure that the problem was fixed and I was well taken care of. My second visit was a great experience all around. I highly recommend them, especially because when something went wrong... as things sometimes do... they were so good about making it right.
Want to commend the following individuals for making our purchase of a 2018 X3 for my wife a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Curtis, Eddie,Shawn M and Steve Slocum were at all times very professional, courteous and with a Can Do attitude towards ensuring we were completely satisfied with the car and service rendered even as they worked well into the evening hours!!!!! I see there was another review on here similar to this one but I just have to say it again. Our sales person Erik was simply the best I have ever encountered and it was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I usually hate the whole car buying experience and my wife and I went into the dealer just looking to try out a BMW for my wife to make sure I covered all bases on trying different brands. I had no intention on buying when we went into the store but after the test drive with Erik and talking to him about it we were surprisingly comfortable knowing that we didn't need to look any further and walked out of there with a brand new one ordered from the factory. Erik's knowledge shone through and has this way of making you feel completely comfortable and not pressured in any way. He is the exact opposite of a pushy car salesman. The atmosphere was relaxed, great music coming through in the store, and they let us have some of the pizza that just came in for the staff. But bottom line is that we were impressed with the X1 we ordered and during the whole process, Erik kept us up to date with emails and always responded promptly to questions. Just the best buying experience it could possibly be. Thank you Erik and thank you Performance BMW. Can't believe I'm saying it but I actually look forward to coming back to maybe buy a car for myself some day. Thanks guys.
