I'm leaving a negative review because the company policies are not at all transparent, and I had a bad experience with this location. Additionally, the man at the desk - who presents himself as both the manager, supervisor, and area manager - is unhelpful. It's very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I called daily throughout the week and three times the morning of my rental and could never get someone to answer. To the company's credit, the representatives on the corporate line were very helpful in addressing my concerns post-rental. However, I will never return to this location or work with the company again - and I suggest you do the same.
Quick and easy rental, and staff was friendly. They have a repeat customer.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service representative "Allen". I had a reservation today at 1:00 PM and I had called the direct number and informed ill be late and will pick the car at 2:30 PM. I was there by 2:00 and was told car had been given to someone else. The worst of all is the way the Allen treated us with harsh tone saying "I DON'T HAVE A CAR". And denied that he was the only at one at the desk and he didn't answer the phone. I ringed right in front of him from my dialed history and it went right to him. Now i have to go 9 miles to pick it from another location. I wasn't called either to check if I am coming to pick my reserved car. Disappointed and poor service.
Wanton willful negligence. This branch rented a car to my wife with a nail in the tire and a low pressure sensor on. They refused to re-inspect the car and insisted it was fine. The tire blew in traffic in New Jersey. They refuse to follow up on the issue at the local and corporate levels. Not only are they unapologetic, they are trying to make us pay for the repair! Budget= unsafe.
Really hard to find because it is inside the hotel, second they made me wait so long to just tell me there are no more cars. If i made reservations after 9am there are no cars for me. And walked away.
