I was searching for a new dentist and found Dr. Furgurson online. When I called the dental office to make my appointment, that was my first indication of what this practice would be like. The customer service here is absolutely awesome. I was very impressed and appreciative of the personal touch they provide in welcoming new patients. The entire process went well, and although I did not get to see Dr. Furgurson, I was able to have Dr. White, (another exceptional dentist at the practice) discuss my treatment options. I can honestly say I would be comfortable with any of the dentists there. This practice is the best all around.
My hygienist Lindsey was absolutely amazing. The best teeth cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Ferguson and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and were very professional.
Wow! What a welcoming and competent office. And Dr. Furgurson is patient, friendly and maybe most importantly is a highly skilled dentist. His hygiene staff uses the latest methods for preventative cleaning and clearly are the cream of the crop. Dr. Furgurson did a crown for me and I felt no pain at any point in the procedure. Even the numbing procedure was pain free. He clearly uses the latest techniques and is very careful both to make the patient comfortable---and in his procedures." Measure twice---cut once" is a good motto here. The office is very nicely decorated and staff are very friendly and warm. You will be in good hands here.
