I called to set an appointment and got there on time. Waited about 25 minutes in the lobby and then another 10 in the exam room. Talked with nurse about 5 minutes and to PA about 3. PA urged me to go to another clinic, which I did. Good call. Glad I went to both clinics. Any medical office that figures out how to be on time will get 5 stars, otherwise 4 is the most I can give. I like this clinic and will return when needed.

My visit was quick, the staff members were all very friends and cared about my day, the nurse wasn’t rushed and took the time out of her day to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Overall, I love this office and would easily recommend it to anyone!
I wonder if the scope of her excellent services are known to the company that owns The Family Doctor? Employees, like Donna, keep patients coming back and thereby contribute greatly to the bottom line of the medical practice.

Just a warning: despite the giant URGENT CARE sign, they cannot bill as urgent care. So if your traveling through on non-local insurance and your coverage while traveling is for urgent care/emergency only, you won't be covered here. Our out-of-town friends had some real challenges here. Also, it was amazingly hard to get them to grasp that insurance from Puerto Rico is not "international" insurance. Sigh...
Whatever she is being paid IS NOT ENOUGH! Let's see some evidence that great reviews result in an appropriate monetary reward to the personnel who are actually making money for their company.
I typically do have a bit of a waiting period prior to seeing the doctor but the care I receive always makes up for it. Dr. Haswell is awesome, she's understanding and gives great information. I've been going here for about 2 years now. I'll continue to come here for care.
