We love Grimball Jewelers! Their staff are talented, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They helped my husband pick out my engagement ring and we came back later to purchase our wedding bands. Berkley was very patient with us as we tried on many, many different styles (over 3 different visits) to find the perfect bands. My husband’s ring was custom made and turned out just perfectly. We also had an heirloom ring made into a pendant to be worn as a necklace and they did a phenomenal job with the conversion - the final piece was better than I could have imagined! We will continue to go to Grimball Jewelers for all our jewelry needs.

I was just recently proposed to with my mother's engagement ring from the 1980s. I went into Grimball Jewelers hoping to find a new band/setting to put my mother's diamond in. I was welcomed immediately and helped in such a kind and thoughtful manner. I ended up choosing a band that they were able to give my fiancé and I for half off! The wait time was two weeks, because they ordered a new head for the setting (my diamond was .35 carat and the original head was too big). Otherwise, the turnaround would've been even quicker! I got my ring right on time and they even worked with me and didn't charge for the resizing!
Couldn't ask for a better experience! Friendly and helpful staff that will take care of any questions or concerns. Also with any repairs I have needed done have been in a very timely manner and always excellent work. Great location and convenient to all in the Triangle. Thank you to Lilla and all the staff!
