The staffs from maintainance are very polite and respectful, and response promptly for any requests! Though the facilities in most of the housings for kids such as playground are limited, the housing has been trying to keep up with a lot of year round activities for kids and adults!!

It's been nearly 2 years I have lived in Chapel Hill Public housing, and the service they provide is far far better than the GSC housings that I have lived which we had to pay nearly triple than what we pay now for rental.
