It was my first time at Silverspot or this mall. Why don't the seats recline? They were super comfortable just did not recline. I honestly just watched the movie but staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting and sound in the theater was above average. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
This is our favorite movie theater! The food selection is very large. You can get a nice meal or just your favorite movie treats, like buttered popcorn and candy. The seats are extremely comfortable and more like couches than movie theater seats. We always sit in the front row because you get a footrest/ottoman in the front row and they have loveseats making them perfect for a date night. Can also order beer and wine and they deliver food right to your seat. Lovely environment and our favorite spot to catch a movie. If you sign up for their rewards card (and are avid movie goers like me) you get nice benefits like free popcorn every once and a while.
I couldn't wait to post this review. In fact my wife and I are at the theater now, waiting for the movie to start. The reason we're not eating in the theater is because, there was an hour difference between the time on the website, and the time at the theater itself. So, instead of sitting in comfortable theater seats, we're sitting in metal chairs with another 40 minutes before the movie starts. The service, when ordering our food, was fair but not very friendly. Perhaps she was new. This was the 1st stop on me and my wife's anniversary. Now the rest of our day has to be pushed back. I wonder what would've happened if I bought the tickets in advance online. Not the best experience.
The website and customer service are terrible and unapologetic for being so. Don't email them any tough questions about why they stopped giving you the loyalty reward points they promised they would, or they'll just start ignoring your emails.
The theater and staff are nice. Don't use their website! You can buy the same tickets for cheaper through any other movie ticket website!
The website experience is lacking. Gift cards are near impossible to purchase and redeem... when you book tickets through the website, you need to be able to print them when purchased - otherwise you will have no record of this purchase and will have to try to contact customer service to figure out what to do. Good luck finding customer service... the contact us page doesn't work (read other reviews). After looking in the FAQs (oddly there is a FAQ about not receiving email confirmations after purchasing...), there is an email address... and yes, the tickets can be refunded in this case... but not the processing/convenience fee. I really do like the theater but the website and customer service ruins it and to me when things don't go right, customer service trumps all.
