GREAT STORE. will not be going to petco or other big store anymore. Great selection of merchandise for my dog. I don't understand the comments below of all the negative responses of the grooming. I support small businesses and this is a great one!!! Owners are great.
Cute store, with personable and helpful owners who went out of their way to help us with and questions and concerns we had.
The dog treats were very diverse and nice. My dog enjoyed trying out the different treats I brought from the store. The staff was very friendly and nice, will return.
Overall very good service. Very friendly and hospitable people. Might need some further refinement on the grooming skills but it's nit picky stuff. I do think the 4.0 rating is too low. 4.6 is more accurate (imo).
We recently reloacted from NYC to Chapel Hill and didnt feel comfortable taking our ShihTzu to Petco which was like 5 minutes from our house. My dog had severe anxiety when it comes to groomers or so we thought. They did such a good job and our dog wasnt stressed out when we picked her up. Her grooming came out to perfection and we're very pleased to have found this gem. They're great and timely. Will definitely be a regular from here on out.
