Absolutely terrible. They sent us the wrong bus, changed the original quote, the AC didn't work, the water was warm, the lights were falling off the ceiling, the driver slammed on the breaks, and the sound system cut out in the middle of the ride. After all this there was no compensation or refund. I would not recomend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.
Since then he now drives for the company because of the quality, enjoyment, and to earn income during the down times of hot summers and cold winters when photography slows. I am proud to say that he is now a manager of the company and the quality of Red Ride is amazing. We are looking forward to the way he will bring Red Ride the same consistency of service.
