The workers at the counter exuded attitudes of equal parts apathy and hostility. When a man in the pickup line finally lost patience and started asking for a supervisor, he was told that there wasn't one. When a harassed-looking but at least somewhat apologetic guy finally appeared to help the people who had been waiting, someone asked him "Is there no customer service here?" and he replied "Not today."

- 12/11/17 Went there to simply drop off pre-paid postage. A man was clearing out an outside bin. Instead of throwing it down the shoot, I waited for him. He grabbed my mail from my hands and threw my packages down in a bin with force while giving the rudest face he could when I said hello. I have no idea what is going on at this location but it's always horrible.

Every time I call or go in here, the lack of explanation and care seems to increase. Rude, uninterested and annoyed when you are seeking to find your mail.

It is hard to believe that the USPS and/or that particular office can't come up with a better system to allow or train workers to attend to the customers they are supposed to be serving every day, even when they are in bad moods because of short staffing. There is something deeply wrong at that place.

Worst customer service ever. I really never have seen a worse customer service than here. Seriously. Not exaggerating at all. And everyone there is like that ever time I go there. Rudest people in the world. I decided to go to a different location.

Easy enough to find and plenty of parking. Only used the automated mailing machine and that worked fine.

This office has had plenty of problems over the years, as other reviews illlustrate, but today it reached a new low. The two women at the counter (one of whom is usually pretty helpful) seemed angry when people in the other, often-ignored, line for package pickup and drop off asked them several times over the course of 50 (yes, FIFTY) minutes to call someone to that desk. They were yelling things like "I called! Didn't you hear me call?" and "What am I supposed to do about it?"

Apparently I'm supposed to know the entire layout of the place. Waiting in line for 15 minutes just to ask where a box that was almost hidden far back in the building is apparently deserving of being basically yelled at for asking what she seemed to consider and dumb and obvious question. The technology seems to really slow them down, as they're using computers that have probably never been updated. It smells weird too
