Overall, the service was average. Everyone was nice but I was not very comfortable during my session. It was very cold in the room and neither the bed or blankets were warm. The massage therapist, Tonya was nice but did not ask about how I liked my pressure. At times the massage was very rough and uncomfortable. I wish more attention had been paid to my needs rather than just jumping in. I was disappointed in the service and left more tense than I arrived.
Receiving voicemails at work from these people. No idea why they'd be contacting me, as I've never been there. It is clear who they are calling on my voicemail, so they're either paying zero attention to who they are leaving messages for or they are spamming. In either case, I think that kind of behavior deserves 1 star.

I was very dissatisfied with my recent experience for arranging an appointment. I repurchased a Groupon for a massage, but was told to make an appointment I had to also give a credit card. The receptionist was pleasant but convinced that this was the only way to prevent no shows and cancellations. I asked for the manager, but was told they'd have to call me back. I'm waiting, but not with great expectations. I just bought this on Groupon and I'm trying to call Groupon to report my experience and see what can be done. Especially disappointed as this was intended to be a lunch-time birthday treat for myself :-(
I called to make an appointment after a job health fair and the lady on the phone was very rude. (Although the lady at job health fair was very nice as helpful!) I asked her to repeat my email address to confirm she had gotten it right as I know I have a difficult email address. She snapped at me saying, I’ve got it! When in fact four hours after making the appointment I still had no confirmation email of my appointment scheduled. I’ve since called back to cancel my appointment. They will never have me as a client. Poor phone skills and customer service.
