Best customer service around!! I am from out of town and my sister had surgery that lasted a lot longer than expected- I called at 430 on a Friday afternoon knowing they had probably stopped all deliveries and Ken took my flowers personally on his way home from work!! I cant say enough about how much that meant to be able to get those to her!! THANK YOU!!!
I wish there were more stars to give this florist!!! I called yesterday afternoon because my daughter was having an awful day and I asked if they had sunflowers and could make me a bouquet and deliver right away. They said of course we have all had those days and how can they make it perfect. Their suggestions of the little carolina bells flower (not sure of the technical term but they weren't "filler") to fill out the long stem sunflowers were stunning!!!!! Atop all of this I told them my daughter is not a candy person but her thing is plain chocolate MnM's and OMG they stopped at a store to pick up a bag of MnM's and tie it in the bow. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER FLORIST!!!! AMAZING AAAAA++++++++++ best experience ever!!! Mindy Krasnipol
