Margaret and David at Victoria Park Florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. When I went to visit Margaret, she treated me to delicious cucumber sandwiches and South African rooibos tea while we chatted. I showed her some pictures of what I was hoping for, and she went back in her shop and made examples of everything! That was incredibly helpful for me, as I have practically no knowledge of flowers. She showed me examples of what my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and decorations could look like. Her husband David was also exceptionally helpful to me in providing advice on my decoration ideas. On the day of the wedding, Margaret dropped everything off early and in vases with water to keep them looking fresh. My bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like what I was dreaming of. I cannot thank Margaret enough for all her help in designing the perfect flowers for my wedding day.
I found this florist in a Google search while planning my wedding. I went in for a consultation and mentioned what idea I had in mind. The woman I was working with (and I feel awful but her name has slipped my mind!) stepped away and came back with the most beautiful bouquet ever and completely hit the nail on the head. I booked them ASAP. The prices are amazing and the quality is top notch. They were so easy to work with which is a huge relief when planning a wedding. They promptly delivered the flowers the day of the wedding and I got SO many compliments on my bouquet. They also provided me with bulk flowers for my centerpieces at an amazingly reasonable price. Loved every minute of working with them!
Stopped in on a whim to get my mom some flowers for her open studio tour. I was immediately greeted with a smile and the florist asked me what kinds and colors of flowers my mom liked and proceeded to make her a custom bouquet at the price I requested with flowers. The bouquet was beautiful and looked great with her art!
I gave my friend flowers for her birthday present! All I know about my friend's taste is NO PINK, YES GRAY. So I asked Margaret to make a lot of greens including mint and diverse kinds of flowers of one purple tone with a gray colored ribbon. I visited again 15 minutes later and the flowers are just gorgeous and beyond my expectation. The gentleman was also kind, nice and helpful. Highly recommend here!
From start to finish, our experience with Victoria Park Florists for our wedding was fantastic. First, when we went to talk about our options, Margaret treated us to tea, sandwiches and cookies while we looked through previous arrangements she had done. We talked about what we wanted and then she actually went and made up mock arrangements - we went back and forth several times, each time she was responsive and we ended up with BEAUTIFUL arrangements (by working with Margaret) that fit within our price range (by working with David). THANK YOU SO MUCH! When I walked in and saw our flowers on the morning of our wedding, I was so so pleased and stunned!
