I've only been to this Ulta a few times since it opened, but I love it! It's a lot bigger than the one at Southpoint and it carries way more products, particularly in the prestige section of the store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and I love having such a wide variety to choose from. The only negative is that, depending on when you go, it may be hard to find parking, given that Eastgate is so popular and Ulta is right beside Trader Joe's (many of TJ's customers park in front of the Ulta), but so far I haven't had to park too far away. I definitely recommend checking this one out and I will certainly be returning!

Ever since it’s opened up, I’ve gone to this ulta in Chapel Hill at least three times a week! I used to go to the ulta near southpoint, but I didn’t love the atmosphere and how the workers acted towards the customers. The staff here, on the other hand, are always very helpful and super friendly, especially Shannon, Crystal and Essance (to name a few workers I really love!) The store itself gives such a great vibe and attitude, but I also have gone to the salon a few times and they never fail to exceed my expectations and I can always tell how much work gets put into my hair. I highly recommend going to this ulta!
I will not be bringing my business to this establishment ever again. I was followed around the store while I was shopping and the store manager, Carole, accused me of acting suspiciously without being given any explanation as to how. They had no proof of me taking anything, they gave no reason as to what exactly they thought was "suspicious" about me, and at the end I was told I was not welcome back to the store, even without any evidence of me causing trouble. I have been an Ulta customer for a very long time and shop at their stores quite frequently. This was my first time to this particular store and I was disgusted and disappointed with my experience. I do not recommend this store to anyone, and will be going to my usual Ulta store by Southpoint Mall instead.
