Service was very slow inside like management didn't seem to care they were busy. Front end and drive thru staff were going as fast as they could but kitchen was undermanned. Considering I worked for Boddie-Noell years ago, I know there is a management fill in requirement. Never saw management and I saw at least one person maybe more request refunds due to waiting to long for food (over 20 minutes). Did not seem there was a team lead, trainer, or asst manager on shift at the time.
Food is good. For a fast food restaurant you get a burger with actual meat. Chicken strips are very good.
Just a Uber driver dropping off a client and Google insisting I say something. Although I enjoy Hardee's, I haven't been inside this particular one recently.
Quiet at 6pm on a Saturday - always a bad sign for a restaurant. Still, I had to wait, burger was smashed with the pickles thrown on in a stack, not even separated. I had to disassemble & remake my own sandwich. I got a grand total of about sixteen undercooked fries. Tasted okay, but generally a disappointing experience.
I waited in line for 15 minutes to get up to the window to pay for my order. When I get up to the window my order is wrong and not ready because they put in chargrill sandwiches instead of fried chicken sandwiches. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for fried chicken sandwiches. But even if they had been char grilled sandwiches they still were not ready. 25 minutes at a fast food restaurant for subpar food, food was not for me it was for my husband. If I could give this place 0 stars and write a review I would have done that. Hell I would have gave negative Stars if that'd been an option. Save your money drive a little further go somewhere else. As a matter of fact Jersey Mike's is right there in the same Shopping Center and they are excellent as always.
