HORRIBLE place and management!! My student son went there on the night of 12/12/17 to get pizza. While waiting for his pizza he started being harassed by a homeless man who was at Toopers at the same time. was My son got really scared as the guy started harassing him in a more and more threatening and persistent manner. My son didn’t know what to do so he asked the employee there for help. She offered no help. When my son got even more concerned he asked her to call the police - she refused and asked them both to leave!! My son continued to be harassed by the homeless guy and ended up buying him food as he didn’t know what else to do. When I called Toopers once my son got back home the lady became defensive, wouldn’t give me her name and hung up on me. What kind of way is that to treat your customers? This lady should be fired. Turns out she is a manager. What??!! I intend to take this to a higher level at Toppers and if they don’t respond I am taking this to the local paper.
At length: Of the three times I have ordered from Toppers, I have never really been impressed with their pizza. It's by no means bad, but it isn't stellar either. Solid middle of the road. However, the customer service is terrible. Out of the three times I have ordered from them, twice has my order been wrong. The first time they messed up, I let it slide. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand. But the second time, I called them and asked them to fix it. The first person I spoke to was excellent, assuring me that I would be taken care of. However, not a minute after hanging up the phone, I received a call from the person who made the pizza, insisting the pizza had been made as I had requested. In a demeaning and belittling tone, she explained that the pizza was flawless and I was obviously incorrect. She then rudely hung up on me while I paused to collect my thoughts. I will certainly not be a return customer.
love toppers! pizza is great, the employees are always really nice, and they deliver super quick. ive never experienced a problem with them like some of the other reviewers. tip your delivery drivers nicely and youd probably get better service!!! thanks toppers..you have a loyal customer here :)
Toppers was offering a promotion for half off all delivery orders for my apartment complex this week, however, both times I have called this week, on two different days, they have said that they are not taking delivery orders.
In short: Mediocre pizza and terrible service.
