Okay, so what kind of Mexican restaurant does not have ground beef? I’ve been wanting some tacos all day and never been to a chipotle and got pretty let down that there was no ground beef. Besides that, the staff was friendly but was rather messy and presentation of food was rather hellish.
There was a young woman working there named Natalie who turned our burrito eating outing into a wonderful experience. Not only did Natalie make the best burritos we've ever had, she helped us make wise decisions about additions. Natalie took it up a notch and filled our day with smiles. She told us about how they make the guacamole and Chipotle's unshakable commitment to freshness!
The staff was unprepared with food needed for the dinner time customers. Both chicken and black beans were not prepared when those selections ran out on the serving line, causing delays for several minutes in getting orders made.
Pretty standard. Generally good.
Who doesn't like Chipotle, am I right? This location was nice and clean, service was friendly and swift and they had some great music on. Burritos we're on-point.
Would not recommend this location, poor onsite management.
