Clean, pleasant, convenient. Friendly staff, nice bar, comfortable beds. Better cable selection is all I'd ask for, but that's just a quibble, really. Would definitely stay again.
Great hotel, but the level of incompetence in both the front-desk and sales staff is incredible. I have been charged twice for a colleague's room (because i made the reservation) although they had his card on file since his visit. The best part is that the charges on my credit card came 30 and 60 days after the stay at the Aloft in Chapel Hill. I have spent more than an hour now on the phone with promises being made to me that it would be fixed it has not. I would recommend that you spend more time training your front of office staff and that you make it your priority to not charge your guests weeks after their stay. At that point, you need to swallow the cost because it is due to your own incompetence!
