Nice new rooms. Good buffet (but no bacon). Small gym. No upgrades for status members. Didn't honor booking requests.
Best hotel I ever stayed in. The suite had a full sized fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, full sized coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, and all types of dishes to use. The hotel also had a nice pool, a putting green, and a pool table. Also a full service breakfast. It was so nice we stayed an extra night. I would highly recommend if staying in Chapel Hill NC.
Walking in we we're offered fresh baked cookies and complementary wine or beer at the bar. The accommodations were lovely with a kitchen suite and living in the room, parking was free, and there was complementary hot breakfast. Full service hotels are a dying breed and this one is a real gem.

Great location! That said, it would be great if the mattresses were updated...pretty sure I felt a spring or two. Nonetheless, they have a friendly staff and it's not far from UNC
