Stayed for medical appointments. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly & polite. Breakfast was good & had a variety of options. Grocery store & drug store w/in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
I didn't like that the comforter seemed to be made of the same material as a tablecloth or shower curtain. There was a lot of noise from other rooms and someone pounded on our door at almost one in the morning. But my biggest complaint is the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't tolerate having it on. We only stayed one night so not much interaction with the staff but the interaction we did have was friendly. The breakfast was nice! Overall it wasn't a bad stay.
The hotel was clean and had an attentive staff, however the TV in my room had a white line running through it and the heating unit had a high pitched whistle to it that kept me up through the night. I checked out the following morning and will most likely not be returning. The staff gladly refunded my room cost and we're very apologetic.
Had two reservations. One was 3 months old the other 1 week old. Got to hotel. Got both rooms. Checked both rooms. Very clean and orderly and not stinky like other places we have been in. Left two hours came back and the room that was booked 3 months earlier was now occupied by another tall male. Scared hell out of my wife who went there alone to use restroom. Went to reception. They informed her that restroom was out of service and another was willing to take it and that he was going to assign her another room. Explanation was a lie since wife used restroom already. New room assigned was one king instead of 2 queens. Clerk on call suggested two rooms one at no cost. But room for 2 minors and 1 adult. Cannot split group into 2 rooms. While there overheard other customers running into same issue. Next day wife spoke to supervisor who gave $10 credit (we have yet to see credit). Never had experienced this mishap. Never to use quality inn again.
They are devoted to customer service but have a little pests problem. Their were spiders and baby roaches in our room. Hopefully they will fix it soon. Otherwise it was a great stay. Breakfast was set up. Shuttles to the hospital were provided. Great stay.
