I attended a wedding ceremony and also spent the night at the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very welcoming. I would stay here again.
This was a lovely hotel. The room was great and the experience engineers were on point. We unfortunately stayed the same night as a fraternity or sorority function was happening, and so there were drunk 20 - something acting boorish all evening as my partner and I tried to quietly enjoy a drink at the bar... the hotel staff clearly noticed and we're very pleasant to try and make our experience as nice as possible despite this. Overall, we were very impressed! Will stay again for certain.
Very courteous, attentive front desk staff. Subtle aroma of lavender greets you, and the "soothing" sound of crickets chirping is piped in to all common areas from 11:00 pm to 11:00 am. Guess it's meant to be a sleep aid. Nice antique-ish furniture appointments in guest rooms.
We had a room with a balcony overlooking Franklin Street. The balcony is very large and accommodates 4 people and a table and still has plenty more space. The finishes in the room are top notch. There is a nice size refrigerator and a safe in the room. The towels are thick and plush. The sheets were crisp like a very high thread count. There is plenty of desk space. Bathroom shower is very large. The amenities are nice. The concierge called my husband the day before our stay to see if we needed anything. The front desk staff always spoke when we returned.
Overall very nice hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Good food, good bar. Room service food (pizza) was delicious and arrived very quickly Only flaw was some nut that started operating a LEAF BLOWER on the sidewalk in front of the hotel at 4:10A! This happened the first morning I was there. Did NOT the second day.
