New hotel, well appointed, well designed room with comfortable seating area. Convenient to Chapel Hill and Durham areas. Very good breakfast and, although limited, the dining available in the evening is good if one arrives later in the evening.
I've been very happy with Hyatt Place Hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a nice seating area so you almost have a suite with a living room. There's also a fridge and coffee maker. They have a good breakfast included, and best of all is the staff, who are always friendly and smiling and really make you feel welcomed.
Beautiful hotel and convenient to many places. It is a short drive to Raleigh from here. Fitness center was top rate! Lots of machines and space. Also nice towels were provided as well as a water cooler. Breakfast was delicious and the Starbucks coffee was a plus! All the staff was nice and helpful and friendly. The laundry room only had one washer and dryer but they were excellent. Needed to have a chair or seat in there but that was okay. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Comfortable and spacious!
Front desk staff is awesone, very professional, mannerable and courteous. Husband works at UNC in Cath Lab so when on call this is our home away from home. They always treat us like VIP. Really enjoy staying here, rooms are very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Since we stay at least 6-7 times a month believe me when I say, well worth the $$$$$.
Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds and cozy seating area. The hotel bar/restaurant has strong drinks and delicious tappas-style options. The free breakfast is excellent. Black-out shades make sleeping possible. Really enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly!
