I came straight from the airport to this hotel.. loved it!! Clean rooms, huge bed, and a friendly staff!! The Sheraton is one of my favorite hotel chains so I knew I would be happy! Reminded me of the one in Cali I stay in! My fiance and I enjoyed staying here and more than likely will be back!!

This is a good hotel the front desk staff is supper great, it's a little dated, and the bar closes at 11:00 pm not a lively crowd. It has to a club floor with great am service dearing the week but the girl on the week isn't much she can't understand you and don't want to replace items. They need to let her go before they lose some guest.
Quiet and clean. Very kind staff...we had been on the road for over 13 hours and checked in at 130 am...the staff was very helpful and kind and got us checked in quickly. our pet friendly room was very clean and didn't smell like wet dog or urine (like some pet friendly hotels do). We stayed over Halloween and the very sweet gentleman at the front desk gave our kids candy and told them they looked cute in their "costumes" (we walked down in PJs yo grab cereal from the "store"
Amenities - Great. Awesome bathroom and other facilities -- it was all super clean. This was a pet friendly hotel so I loved the fact you saw service and non-service anmials alike walking through the convention space, yet it never smelled or looked like the typical "pet" hotel.
If I have any complaints, it's the parking. There are simply not enough spaces for the hotel to be full, people to be eating at the restaurant, and a convention to all occur at the same time.
